We have been having a great time this fall getting out and painting. From sunflowers to horses and more, it has truly been lovely to paint with so many of you. Most weeks there are 8-12 encouraging, friendly artists of all levels enjoying the camaraderie of time outside the studio. I would urge you to join us while the weather is fair and the crowds at most of our locations are light. If you paint between 9am and noon, you won’t paint alone.
Nov 5 – Leo Carillo Ranch – 6200 Flying Leo Carrillo Ln Carlsbad – Ranch buildings, peacocks, open woodland. Free parking and restrooms. The ranch opens its gates at 9 so try not to be early. I won’t be there this week, but multiple people have requested a revisit to this location as there is such a variety of things to paint.
