I began my work as an artist with traditional watercolor painting, and then moved to oils, creating a variety of work including, portraits, landscapes, and some abstracts. Feeling a bit confined, I looked for something that would allow me to give up control and free myself from traditional rules. I found that freedom in fluid watercolor, and, since then, and other media including acrylics, and alcohol ink. I love experimenting and enjoy being surprised with what happens. For me, the most important element that ties my work together is color. I hope to continue to push out boundaries.
