Cheaters Made Sweeeter by Katie Jablonski

“Cheaters Made Sweeter”

Katie Jablonski lives in Encinitas,California and creates sculptures from bronze, aluminum, rocks and clay.  Her jewelry has grown from simple beading to silver casting and enameling and light easy to wear polymer clay with Sterling silver findings and Swarovski crystals in addition to other fun finds.  She currently shows at the Off Track Gallery in Encinitas, California and participates in seasonal shows. The ceramic ornament cards have a message of Peace through artistic expression and poetry. Katie also writes poetry and is hoping to be published in her lifetime.

 

Prior to her move to California, Katie taught pottery,sculpture and children’s art classes  for over twenty years in Maryland, Pennsylvania,Virginia, Washington State, Minnesota and  The Milwaukee Art Museum in Wisconsin (where she also managed the gallery shop and sat on the board of advisors for the new satellite museum project in Brookfield, Wisconsin.)  Also has been the resident art specialist at N-Sid-Sen near Harrison Idaho.
