With the sun shining, the plein air season is in full swing. Please join us for some fun Tuesday morning outings. All artists are welcome and if you paint between 9 and noon, you won’t paint alone.
June 10 – Mission San Luis Rey – 4050 Mission Ave. Oceanside – It’s been almost a year since our group met up at the mission to paint. There are many views to paint including the mission, the rose garden and the cemetery. While there are trees and shady spots available, it may be helpful to have your umbrella handy. Parking is ample and free and there are restrooms available.
Please, don’t forget to register for the Oceanside Plein Air Festival 2025 coming up September 6-13. It is our largest local plein air event and as it gets closer, we will be doing a little “practicing” in and around Oceanside. Early Bird registration ends June 30 and they are currently looking for Select Artists (June 2 deadline).
