Happy New Year! Looking forward to another fun year of painting with you. I’ve gone coastal heavy this month to try to capture the ever changing nature of our local environment especially with the winter storms and at a time when the lack of tourists make parking just a little easier. I am always open to suggestions for locations.
As a side note, there is a new Save the Oceans 2024 Surfing Madonna show opening January 17 at the Front Porch Gallery (2903 Carlsbad Blvd., Carlsbad) featuring works by some of our Tuesday Painters. The reception is January 21, 12-2pm and you are welcome to attend.
I would love to find some new locations in the new year. Please let me know if you have suggestions for locations with parking and restrooms that can accommodate 10-12 painters in a normal week.
